Location and parking

 

We are located in the "Golden Triangle" area of Edina/Eden Prairie. You will find our studio just seconds from the intersection of Hwy.169 and Valley View Road. We are a short drive from most parts of Edina, Eden Prairie, Hopkins, Bloomington, Minnetonka, Chanhassen, Southwest Minneapolis, Shakopee, Richfield & St. Louis Park. Over the years, we have served students from as far out as Prior Lake, Eagan, Chaska, New Hope and beyond.​

Is this your first time renting space at DXC?

 

Please download the DXC Rental Information & Policies and review it in its entirety. To check availability or to get started, click here "More Info" button below. Inquiries should be made at least two weeks prior to your first rental.

 

A deposit of $200 is due prior to your first rental which covers:

 

  • $50 key deposit (fully refundable to you upon return of your keys if all policies are followed)

  • $150 minimum 5-hour rent; applies directly to your first 5 hours of rent at $30 per hour. First 5 hours may be used over any period of time (one 5-hour day or multiple days with shorter durations). No refunds are given for total rental shorter than 5 hours.
