Looking to rent studio space?
The majority of our classes occur on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings through early afternoon. We have approximately 7000 square feet available for rent. Blue Studio
Our biggest studio space, located on the ground floor, is 34.5 ft. by 43 ft. (1484 sq. ft.) with 20 ft. ceilings. This room has 30 feet of mirrors along one wall and does not have a ballet barre.
Green Studio
This studio is also located on the ground floor. It is 24.5 ft. by 35.5 ft. (870 sq. ft.) with 20 ft. ceilings. This room has 25 feet of mirrors along one wall and single-height ballet barres along two walls.
Yellow Studio
Our smallest studio space is located on the ground floor. It is a bright and cheery 20 ft. by 29 ft. (580 sq. ft.) room with 20 ft. ceilings. This room has 25 feet of mirrors along one wall and single-level ballet barres on two walls.
Loft I Studio
Our dedicated ballet studio is on the second floor. It is 66.5 ft. by 20 ft. (1330 sq. ft.). The total square footage includes space beyond the dance floor area. The padded Marley dance floor measures 54 ft. by 20 ft. (1080 sq. ft.). This room has 40 ft. of single-level ballet barres and a 40 ft. wall alternating mirrors and windows.
Loft II Studio
Lobby/Reception
This studio is a favorite for staff and renters alike. It is located on the second floor and is a calming light blue with windows. Loft II is roughly 34' by 26' (924 sq. ft.). with 30 feet of mirrors. This studio does not have barres.
Our recently remodeled lobby is the perfect welcome into our space. It features comfortable seating for 20+ guests and can be configured for additional seating. There is also seating for 10-20 guests in our hallway area that overlooks (via mirrored windows) all three ground floor studios.
We have a TV with a DVD player, a four-seat laptop bar and a (hidden when not in use) kid's play area. Free WiFi is available throughout our facility.
Location and parking
We are located in the "Golden Triangle" area of Edina/Eden Prairie. You will find our studio just seconds from the intersection of Hwy.169 and Valley View Road. We are a short drive from most parts of Edina, Eden Prairie, Hopkins, Bloomington, Minnetonka, Chanhassen, Southwest Minneapolis, Shakopee, Richfield & St. Louis Park. Over the years, we have served students from as far out as Prior Lake, Eagan,Chaska, New Hope and beyond.
Our building has ample parking. The lot has 100+ parking spots, enough to offer convenient parking spots for all of your guests.
