Videos will be ready for pick up at the studio in July. If you would like us to ship the DVD to your home, shipping is $4 per DVD. You can expect your DVD to arrive at your home by the end of July.
Please no photography or video taping on recital day. You must have a photo badge issued by the studio to take photos. We want to ensure that everyone has great sight lines for the entire show.

END OF THE YEAR PARTY
Join us at Big Thrill Facotry right around the corner from The Arts Center on 7 (Hwy 7 & 101) directly following the recital. We will play, eat and have an awards ceremony for all of our dancers.
See Kelly on recital day to purchase meals: $15 each.
REHEARSALS & RECITAL DAY
Recreational dancers will rehearse their routines at the studio on Picture Day (in costume) and during regular class times the week prior to the recital (no costumes). Your dancer will recieve a packet with detailed Picture/Rehearsal times and info in class the week of May 4.
Call time for all dancers on recital day is 9:45 am. We will rehearse our finale on stage from 10:00-10:30 so that all dancers have been on the stage and are ready to perform their best!
Please come to the Arts Center in your first costume with a shirt or light jacket for a cover-up. We will rehearse our finale routine on stage and then settle into the dressing rooms to watch the recital on the closed circiut televisions. We will have water and snacks for all of our dancers (including gluten, peanut and dairy free options - please let us know if your dancer has a specific diatary need).
Please make sure that your dancer has a good breakfast before coming to the venue. We play games and have tond of fun backstage. Please leave your dancer backstage for the duration of the show. She/he will have a great time under great supervision!

COMPANY DANCERS:
Your last day of regular company classes is Tuesday, May 12. There are no company classes on Monday, May 18 & Tuesday, May 19 (Picture Day). Your recital rehearsals are as follows:
Wednesday, May 13, 6:30-8:30
Wednesday & Thursday, May 20 & 21, 5:00-7:00
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, May 27, 28 & 29, 5:00-7:00 pm
PRE-COMP DANCERS:
Tuesday, May 19: Picture Day at DXC
· Be ready for the hip hop picture by 5:30
· Mini Pre-comp dancers will be done with pictures and a short rehearsal by 7:00
· Hip Hop costumes will be handed out in class just prior to picture day
Wednesdays and Thursdays May 20, 21, 27 & 28: Recital Rehearsals 5:30-6:45 p.m. at DXC
