The main dance season for 2011-2012 at the DanceXchange begins Monday, August 22 and ends with the Spring Recitals on June 2 & 3, 2012.
Our season runs for 36 weeks. We have scheduled 37 of each class to account for the inevitable snow day cancellation. We take Thanksgiving week off (Nov. 22-27) and Dec. 20-Jan. 1 off for Christmas and New Years.
Tuition is billed automatically upon registration in 9 equal monthly payments including a once per year/per family $25 registration fee. All of your fees for the year are included as long as you choose both your class(es) and the corresponding class fees when you register online. If you are unsure how to add your class fees while registering, please email or call us and we will take care of that for you. Payments can be done online, by phone or at the studio.
The first tuition payment of the season is due August 20th or upon registration. Subsequent payments are due by the 20th of each month (Sept.-April). A $15 late fee is added for any payments received after the 20th of the month.
